1 - Iced tea and lemon tea

Iced tea, lemon tea appeared in the early 90s of the 20th century, in the culinary culture of Vietnamese people, firstly from the North - Hanoi. In Vietnam, iced tea and lemon tea are popular sidewalk drinks, with just a few chairs you can enjoy 1 cup of cooling tea in the hot summer afternoon. This drink is not picky about drinkers, because whether you are a student or an office worker, you can sit and chat with everyone for an hour. This special dish is one of the  must-try Vietnamese drinks. Egg coffee is a new drink known to many people in recent years, but it actually appeared in the 1950s in Hanoi. Egg coffee is a simple ingredient that includes freshly beaten eggs, sugar and coffee juice. When you drink this dish you will be given a small spoon to enjoy the cream foam on top, like the appetizer before drinking coffee.

Corn wine is ivory-white, cooked and fermented of 30 different types of leaves, that is why the corn wine has a very characteristic taste that no other wine has.
Corn wine is used by ethnic people in all traditional weddings, funerals or festivals. This is considered a drink to celebrate happy days, and bid farewell to the sad days of family or village.
