Vincom Landmark 81 consisting of 81 floors and 3 basements is currently the highest tower in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, the 15th highest globally. This is the large-scale complex of shopping malls Vincom, 6-star hotels, and luxurious apartments. From B1 to the 3rd floor are shopping malls, from the 4th to the 40th floor are service sector and high-end apartments, from the 41st to 76th floor are 6-star hotels Vinpearl, and the last three floors on the top are the highest Skyview observatory in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
