Sapa town is far away about 38km from Lao Cai city and 376km from Hanoi capital. Located at an average altitude of 1,500m - 1,800m above sea level, this town has a temperate and subtropical climate that is extremely pleasant and comfortable. The weather here has averaged temperature fluctuates from 15 to 18oC. In winter, the temperature here can fall below 0oC, some places may have snow at some times.
