In Hanoi, there currently are two popular types of pho which are Pho with chicken and Pho with beef:
Pho Bo Hanoi (Beef noodle soup)

The most famous “Burden Pho” Hanoi is the restaurant at the intersection of Hang Duong Street and Hang Chieu Street in Hanoi Old Quarter, with over 30 years of experience.
